Information we handle
Account and sign-in details; audio after you start listening; temporary conversation text, questions and answers; documents or webpages you provide; limited meeting-page information; and usage information such as call counts, listening time, browser identifiers and service logs.
Use and sharing
We use this information to provide Cuelo, manage accounts and limits, maintain the service and respond to support requests. Service providers process necessary information for account access, storage, transcription and answers. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Cuelo does not create audio recordings or provide past-call history. Temporary call text is removed when the session ends or expires. Saved sources remain until you replace or delete them. Account and usage records remain as needed to operate the service. Providers may retain copies under their own practices. Request account deletion by email below.
Protection and limited use
We use secure connections and restrict account data access. Use and transfer of user information is limited to Cuelo’s stated features and permitted purposes under the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
